Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and dispatched from the UK.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery times
UK orders typically arrive within 5–7 working days from the date you order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or because of courier delays outside our control.

Shipping costs
Any shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delays or lost parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email finegrindco@outlook.com with your order number and we'll chase it up with the courier and put things right.

Delivery address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering.
