Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Fine Grind Co. If something isn't right, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (your order confirmation) is required.

How to start a return
Email us at finegrindco@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a little longer to appear.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.

Your statutory rights
Under UK consumer law you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. Our 60-day window is offered in addition to and does not affect these rights.
