Will this fit my machine?
Each product lists the sizes it fits — for example, our tampers and dosing cups are made for standard 58mm and 51mm portafilters. Check the size on the product page, and if you're unsure which fits your machine, message us before you order and we'll check for you.
How long is delivery?
Orders are dispatched from the UK and arrive within 5–7 working days. You'll get a confirmation as soon as yours is on the way.
What if it's not right for me?
You're covered by our 60-day returns. If it's not the one, send it back within 60 days for a full refund.
Is the gear good quality?
We stock proper barista tools — 304 stainless steel builds, precision-machined bases and thickened materials — the kind of kit that lasts. If anything arrives less than perfect, we'll replace or refund it.
